The success of an event depends on several factors, but there are two that I always take into account: organization and dedication. There is no magic formula.
I was especially impressed with the CGD event, Corporate Gathering 2018, for the challenge it represents for the team: a huge overcoming exercise, held in a short time and to give form and substance to a great event for a great client!
